About Me:
The art that I started making wasn't at all what I could have
imagined. I thought I was going to be making tiles and instead
found myself picking up found metal and other objects. I started collecting railroad plates
too, they were so
beautiful and intriguing...

About my Work:
Shiny
and new isn't what my art is all about. I like the
challenge of using found objects and integrating them into my
art. I don't have a magic formula for how to assemble
anything...each piece requires me to figure it out. I have
had no training in building anything...

Artist's Statement
Biography:
Why
do I use the materials I do? I think it is my attraction to
the unknown and the disused. Working with pieces of metal that
no longer appear to have any purpose brings out a very base
desire in me to make them useful once again...

...'McCullough assembles photographs,
puzzle pieces and metal mesh into cohesive works that bridge
contemporary life with its industrial past"
'....These works mark a new era of artistic innovation, as
discussed by Ric Kasini Kadour, Vermont editor of Art New
England. Kadour believes these works are uniquely collectible,
as they mark a defining moment - the intersection of the
Industrial Age and the Information Age.'
