i found this hub cap cover thingie one day on a crappy little road. it was filthy like a feral dog. greasy. kinda gross actually. but as you can see, a gem of a piece of junk tis this. Stemco 'Longview Texas', yesum....
nice. lightweight. hang this sucker via any of the holes around edge with a nail and you are good to go!
