Upcycled salvaged steel tube turned into a unique lidded keepsake storage box for home or office.  Great birthday gift idea for 1964 birth year!  Lid made from a real Texas Exempt License plate and salvaged hardware for the handle.  Steel bottom, inside has been painted black with clear coat inside and out.   *lid has 4 nuts attached underneath to keep it in place.
