I have been selling my artwork online since 2004 on my own websites and other eCommerce sites such as Houzz & Etsy.  I care about my work and my customers.  Rest assured that I am legit/honest/conscientious and always striving to deliver great customer service!  Below are some FAQS, if you have any other questions or concerns see below for contact info.

SHIPPING CARRIERS USED: 

I use USPS/FEDEX/USPS.  If you have a USPS post office box please contact me prior to purchase on large/heavy orders because I might use FEDEX and they do not deliver to usps post office boxes (if its a PO box at a shipping store they will).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Unless I have posted a special announcement in my shop (vacation/time off etc), all orders are usually packed/shipped the same business day.  In some cases it may take 1-2 day and if longer I will contact you with updates.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am happy to work with you on a custom order.  If you want a flower bouquet or other products please fill out my contact form and include your name/email address and what your inquiry is about.  If you bought flowers and need them trimmed please send me a quick note regarding the length ASAP so that I do not pack/ship it beforehand.

Time it takes to make a flower bouquet for other objects can range from days to weeks.  I keep in touch often with pictures and make sure that you get to see/know exactly what you are getting. I may charge a nonrefundable fee to get started and that fee will go towards the total of your order when complete, that is contingent upon size of order. Prices vary depending on the job/time/materials.
