Policies

I accept returns & cancellations under the following conditions:
For returns contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped (keep in mind I sometimes ship immediately!  Once the order has been shipping it cannot be cancelled)
Contact me if you have any problems with your order. Unless they arrive damaged I cannot accept returns/exchanges for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale/discounted

Conditions of returns:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For orders returned to me because you do not like/want the item or failed to read listing details / didn't get quantity you thought you would or notice flaws in photos I will refund you once I have received the order in the same package/condition less shipping of original order. IMPORTANT: You are responsible for shipping fees back to me with a tracking #. You will be notified/refunded once the item has been returned.

For orders returned to me because of failure to pick up package or for any other reason such as incorrect address/outdated address etc, I will refund for the cost of the item less original shipping fee that you paid. I can resend the item to the correct address if you want to pay for shipping again.

*Keep in mind my pieces are made from mostly salvaged materials and there are sometimes naturally occurring dents/scratched/imperfections that I will state in the item description/show pictures.
